I was nearly breathless over this performance last night. It amazed me in so many different ways; he sounded beautiful, he looked beautiful, and the arrangement was so complacent, I loved it.

=( I take it viewers voted off the first song, or people voted for Kris and Danny or something and the split vote killed it for him. UGHH!! ='( This song should've easily took him to the finals. I just don't understand America.

hi danny, i hope you read these post. to me you are a true hero and the true american idol. like you were dealing with the loss of your wife, i was dealing with the loss of my dad,and not doing a very good job . thru watching you week to week sing your heart and soul out gave me the courage i needed to start trying to put my life back together. you are one of the bravest people in the world to deal with your loss publicly. you will never know how much you have touched my life my soul and my heart. i am going to the charlotte nc concert, iwould really like to meet you if just to give you a hug and thank you for lending me your strength. my name is kimberly reese rreese9@carolina.rr.com. unless you have suffered a tragic loss, people do not understand what your going thru, i guess they just cant. i am still takeing baby steps in dealing with my loss, but thanks to you i am at least starting to put one foot in front of the other, it is just so hard, the hardest thing i have ever tried to do. keep doing what you do danny im sure you have touched many hearts. god bless you and stay strong .
